These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern reservations made with
Les Jasses de Camargue<\/strong>, for accommodation, catering or any other service
offered on site.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Reservations<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

<\/p>

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, post or online form) and
accompanied by a deposit of 30%<\/strong> of the total cost of the stay.
Bookings become firm and definitive only on receipt of this deposit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Cancellation policy<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

<\/p>

  • Cancellation up to 20 days prior to arrival:<\/strong>
    Customers may cancel their reservation at no extra cost, but the deposit remains<\/strong>
    and will not be refunded<\/strong>.

    <\/li>
  • Cancellation less than 20 days prior to arrival date <\/strong>or no-show:<\/strong>
    The entire stay will be charged at 100%<\/strong>.

    All cancellations must be notified in writing (email or registered letter with
    acknowledgement of receipt) to be taken into account.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    4. Change of stay<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    <\/p>

    Any request to modify a stay (dates, number of people, type of accommodation) is
    subject to the establishment’s agreement and may incur additional charges. In the event
    that adaptation is not possible, the above cancellation conditions apply.

    The final number of covers for the restaurant is to be sent to us one week in advance and
    will be used as the basis for invoicing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    The balance of the stay is payable on arrival<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed. Additional services

      Customers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests or children. In the event of

      The establishment reserves the right to cancel or modify all or part of the reservation in the event of
      force majeure (natural disaster, fire, administrative decision, etc.), without this giving
